A trained human looks at every image before it ships. The cheap AI tools have nobody catching melting doorframes, impossible-scale furniture, or weird shadows — those go straight to your MLS. We charge more because we charge for a finished, reviewed deliverable, not a raw render.

Submit before midnight Eastern, your photos are in your inbox by 9am Eastern the next morning. Same-day rush (in by 8am, out by 5pm) is available for +$8/image.

Yes. Every delivery includes a one-line disclosure snippet you can paste into your listing description, and the staged image has a tasteful "Virtually Staged" indicator if your MLS requires one. We track NAR Article 12 guidance and the major MLS board rules; if your local board requires a specific phrasing, tell us in the order form.

Five core styles: Contemporary, Coastal, Farmhouse, Scandinavian, and Traditional. Each has 3–4 sub-variants. If a client has a specific look in mind, send a reference image and we will match it.

Living, family, bedrooms, dining, kitchens, home offices, patios, and exteriors. We do not currently stage bathrooms, garages, basements with active utility equipment, or unfinished spaces — those require renovation visualization, which is a separate service we do not offer.

Unlimited revisions on every image, no extra charge. If after revisions you still are not happy, we refund that image. We will not bill you for work that does not ship.

They will if they look carefully — which is the legal and ethical bar. The point of virtual staging is to help a buyer visualize the space, not deceive them. Our images look like good virtual staging, not like photographs of physical furniture. The disclosure language we provide makes the staging explicit in the listing description.

Yes — $5/image add-on. Useful for occupied listings where you want a clean shot before staging, or for removing seller-personal items that should not appear in marketing photos.

Yes — multi-angle consistency is included on the Agent and Brokerage plans. We stage the room once, then mirror the furniture placement across the other angles. This is one of the hardest things for unsupervised AI to do and is a big reason people use us.

Credit card on file via Stripe, billed monthly for subscription plans, or per-order for pay-as-you-go. Brokerage plans can be invoiced quarterly with net-30 terms.

Your photos are stored only as long as we need to deliver and back up the order, then deleted on a 90-day rolling basis. We do not train AI models on customer photos — we use a licensed third-party engine. Full details on the privacy page.

Not at the moment. The Brokerage plan supports your team using our service under your own internal style guide, but the deliverables are not co-branded. If you have a serious volume case for white-label, get in touch — we will consider custom enterprise terms.
