Terms of Service

1. The service

We provide virtual staging of photographs you submit. We use a licensed third-party AI engine to generate initial renders and then a human reviewer to check and adjust each image before delivery.

2. Your content

You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide us with the photos you upload, including any required permissions from the photographer, property owner, or other rights holders. You grant us a limited license to process those photos solely to deliver the staging service.

3. Deliverables and accuracy

Virtual staging shows possible furniture arrangements, not actual property condition. You are responsible for disclosing virtually staged images in your listing in compliance with applicable MLS rules, NAR Code of Ethics Article 12, state law (including California AB 723 as applicable), and other relevant regulations. We provide a suggested disclosure line; you are responsible for publishing it.

4. Payment

Pay-as-you-go orders are charged upon delivery. Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. All payments via Stripe. Refunds are governed by Section 6.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time and it remains active through the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

6. Revisions and refunds

Unlimited revisions are included on all orders. If after revisions you remain dissatisfied with a delivered image, we will refund that image. We do not refund subscription fees for unused image quota.

7. Acceptable use

You will not submit photos for staging if doing so would (a) misrepresent material property condition (e.g., concealing structural damage), (b) infringe a third party's rights, or (c) violate applicable law. We may refuse or reverse any order in our discretion if these terms are violated.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any consequences of your use of staged photos in marketing or for any non-compliance with MLS or legal disclosure rules.

9. Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE OF FORMATION], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
